Aamir Khan gets another chance for Oscars!

The bollywood superstar Aamir Khan was hugely disappointed when his much toiled film ‘Lagaan’ was unable to bag an award at the prestigious Oscars. But now, god seems to have given him another opportunity and this time, in the form of his production venture. Yes, the news is confirmed that Aamir Khan's movie 'Peepli Live' has been shortlisted for the Oscars under the best foreign film category from Asia. The film was directed by Anusha Rizvi comprising of almost all new faces. The story was a satire on the suicides of farmer and the stoopingly low levels of the electronic media just for publicity and TRPs. Let us hope Aamir fulfills his Oscar dream atleast this time. 

Real estate boom promoted by TV9

TV9 has become the first ever real estate channel in AP by promoting real estate in state through their stories on South Andhra cities in the wake of separatist movements. The TV9 probable list of Capital city for Andhra is Guntur - Vijayawada and Ongloe. The story looks like a paid story by the realtors for those regions. They forget the fact that real estate boom will be created by flow of investments and entrepreneurs in the region not by division of state. These cities are on National Highway and known as business capital and commodities market in India. Ongole has potential to attract industries which are export oriented even in the United AP due to the VANPIC project and availability of land for industries. Guntur being promoted as the Cotton capital as Textile minister Panabaka Laxmi representing from Bapatla in Guntur Dist. Being a hub for North and South India, these coastal districts doesn’t need state capital status for development.  A little effort by government in terms of investment summit in major cities of India and Foreign counties promoting Vijayawada, Guntur and Ongole for their competitiveness and infrastructure facilities around them.

Even for investment in these cities needs huge tracts of money and funding, which is presently locked in Hyderabad real estate as Andhra entrepreneurs are mostly concentrated their assets in Hyderabad. Without this capital flow from these new age entrepreneurs any real-estate boom will bite the bust.  Probably, the next story from TV9 is real estate boom in Warangal, Karimnagar and even Mahboob Nagar. Even it can go to the extent of promoting 23 states formation from United AP for creating real estate boom.

Hospitals prepare to felicitate 'Puli'

Hospitals in and around all the ‘A’ centres of Andhra Pradesh are trying to felicitate the makers of ‘Puli’. This is the content of a sms being circulated in the film nagar circuits. After the disastrous failure of Power Star’s hi-fi flick ‘Komaram’ less ‘Puli’, critics got momentum to take revenge on the hero and its producer. Let us see what the sms says further.

The contents say that the collections of all prime hospitals in and around Hyderabad rapidly increased due to the adverse effects of ‘Puli’ film on people. 10-day collections of KIMS are 40 lakhs, NIMS is 38 lakhs and Apollo is 26 lakhs it adds. It further adds that a loss of four crores  incurred to the Government of AP due to the excessive use of ‘Arogya Sree’ cards by affected people.

Fans of Power Star Pawan Kalyan got angered by the sms and exclaimed that this is the work of another star hero’s fans. Guess who it is?
